AI Ores are credits used for AI-powered features like summarization, rephrasing, caption generation, and more. Each AI operation costs 1 Ore. Ores reset monthly based on your plan.
What happens to my Ores at the end of the month?
Unused Ores don't roll over. They reset to your plan's monthly allocation on the 1st of each month. Make the most of them!
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade from Free to any paid plan, or from Plus to Pro or Ultimate, at any time. Simply pay the one-time price for the new plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our services with immediate access, we generally don't offer refunds. Exceptions are made for technical issues, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions.
